The Flag of Ust-Kamenogorsk city

Flag represents itself a rectangular white panel, with the city emblem removed from the centre to the staff. By the staff there is a vertical stripe with a national ornament. On the contrary side of the panel there are two diagonal stripes, forming the arrow, it symbolizes the confluence of two rivers – the Ulba and the Irtysh rivers. The image of the ornament and diagonal stripes are blue colour, the colour of the State Flag, determines territorial belongings of the city. Combination of colours (white, blue, multicolour of the Emblem), symbolizes purity, wealth, prosperity, self-sufficiency. Width of the flag and its length is at a ratio of 1:2.

The Emblem of Ust-Kamenogorsk city

The Emblem represents itself a shield of a classical form, there are peaks with water space between them on the Emblem. It symbolizes the Ulba and the Irtysh Rivers framing in the grin banks. There is the name of the city on the top of the Emblem, and a belted watchtower with the year of foundation on this belt below. Colour spectrum of the Emblem: yellow symbolizes prosperity and strength, blue – greatness and beauty, grin - natural resources. Height of the Emblem and its width makes up 4:3 respectively.
