Ecology
The ecology question for today is one of to the important problem for a city of Ust Kamenogorsk since the city of Ust Kamenogorsk is one of the largest industrial centres of Kazakhstan represents itself the unique urbanised system.
Considering developed ecological situation in a city, the great attention is given by local executive power to questions of a ecology and performance of the nature protection actions referred on improvement and stabilization of the surrounding environment which are planned and realized as at the expense of agents of the regional and local budget, and at the expense of own agents of the enterprises – nature managementers.
Within the limits of the regional program «Preservation of the environment East Kazakhstan region for 2008-2010» on the city of Ust Kamenogorsk from agents of the regional budget in 2010 according to the plan under the contract it has been allocated by 54,6 million tenge which following the results of a year are mastered in 100% the size.
At the expense of agents local budget realization nature protection measures on accomplishment of Ust Kamenogorsk city it agreed to the specified plan under the contract for 2010 it is allocated by 12,1 million tenge, which are mastered in 100 % the size.
The nature protection actions planned by largest enterprises- nature managements of the Ust-Kamenokgorsk city of (The association with limited responsibility "Kazzinc", joint-stock company "UME", joint-stock company "TMIC", The association with limited responsibility «Thermal power station atomic power station UK» and The association with limited responsibility «the atomic power station Sokgra thermal power station») in 2010 following the results of a year have been mastered on 108 % from for-planned.
Under the chairmanship of Ust Kamenogorsk city akim the group concerning a ecology which structure includes representatives of a commission of experts of Council of the public of area is framed rabo-tea. For 2010 was about-vedeno 12 sessions of working group during which work prime ecological questions for a city have been studied and fulfilled:
1. The analysis of pollution of atmosphere of a city with 2005 for 2009 is carried out;
2. The central city streets by means of restriction are unloaded standing-nok vehicles in the central part of a city and regulated periodicity of work of traffic lights;
3. The rolling stock of the enterprises passenger traffics go-sorts on conformity of norms of emissions is checked up;
4. Work on detailed studying of Irtysh pool about water level depression following the results of which it has been established is spent that depression of a water level of Irtysh pool is bound to prirodno-climatic changes;
5. Experience of other countries on conducting monitoring of a condition atmo-sfernogo air is studied, neutralisations of harmful substances and a sewage disposal and are worked possibilities of their introduction in the city of Ust Kamenogorsk etc.
