The 15th  children's school of arts has been based in October 1989 year. On the basis of choral studio. In 2005 with a view of additional education perfection, the 15th  Children's school of arts of Ust Kamenogorsk city akimat has been reorganised in CPSE.
Since January, 2005 CPSE «CSA № 15» works in close contact to seven comprehensive schools – SI Secondary school № 7, № 8, №15, №37, № 40, № 29, «School – a grammar school №11».

Training is carried out on following branches:

• Orchestral branch
• General aesthetic faculty

Mission of school of arts: to clear the creative beginning put in everyone child, to learn it to work, help to make the first steps in creativity.
The pedagogical collective of school of arts №15 consists of 39 teachers. The higher vocational training 70 % of teachers have, the higher and first categories - 62 %.
The majority of teachers is developed by own author's programs, are in constant search of new and interesting forms of work with children.
One of the major problems of school - involving of parents in process of coauthorship, the co-authorship with children and teachers. Target programs "Family" and "the Leisure" promoting revival of a priority of a family and family traditions are created.
Special pride CSA №15 is its creative collectives, each of which is allocated with the originality and eccentricity.

It is chorus "Lark" (leader. Soltanova L.K.), choreographic groups "Рандеф" and "Alakaj" (leader. Chujkova J.A. and Ryndina J.A.), dancing studio "Chance" (leader. Tjuljukova Z.N.), vocal studio «New day» (leader. Ryazanov G. A), vocal group "Rainbow" (leader Andreeva A.A.), choreographic ensembles "Snowdrop" (leader. Troshina Z.V.) and "Andante" (leader Rafikova E.R.). Theatrical collectives promptly develop: «We actors» and "Pilgrim" (the leaders are Tjumentseva L.M. and Matveeva L.G.), an orchestra of the Kazakh national tools under the direction of Sagdoldinoj G. S.
Pupils of school of arts №15 – repeated prize-winners of city, regional and republican competitions of children's creativity: «Sonorous voices», «dance Rhythms», «the Rainbow of talents», «the East Star», "Festoon lightings", «Talents of XI century», etc.

And how many joyful minutes they give to inhabitants of Ust Kamenogorsk, participating in concerts, acting on city platforms in days of holidays, carrying out charitable actions for veterans of the Great Patriotic War, workers of back, pupils of boarding schools and children's homes!
The child comes to school of arts at own will. It is its choice its position, its aspiration. And in the future hobbies for many pupils become business of all life. 27 % of pupils CSA №15 continue the training in the higher and sredne-special educational institutions, and after their termination become professional singers, dancers, musicians, actors, teachers.

But nevertheless, teachers of school of arts consider as the main achievement, not simply transfer of the knowledge and experience, and development of the person of the child, aspire, that the young person has absorbed in itself the best traditions of the past, was able to analyze and was not afraid to take a step to the future. They believe that employment by creativity gives rise to internal freedom, brings up self-respect, a kind look on the world and the person.
