Organization mission: Development of propagation of a healthy way of life among youth, teenagers and children of the East Kazakhstan area. Improvement of a society and the decision of socially-significant problems in Republic Kazakhstan, through narcomania preventive maintenance, a HIV-infection (AIDS) and Infections transferred by a sexual way (ITSW).

Target group of the organization: Pupils and pedagogical collectives of educational institutions of the East Kazakhstan area, teenagers serving time in a colony for minor Ust-kamenogorsk – Establishments 156/22 and representatives of the non-governmental organizations of our area.
Organization main objectives: according to mission and creation of the specialised antinarcotic Center first in region.
Short history and the basic achievements of the organization.

Among actions of our organization it is possible to allocate the following: carrying out of Festival of the Healthy way of life, the organization and carrying out of open competition of posters on a healthy way of life, various seminars and trainings not only for youth and teenagers, but also also for state employees, teachers and library workers of the East Kazakhstan region. The centre various kinds of booklets are developed and extend ("the Life without narcotics is COOL!", "You and AIDS", "You and sick of AIDS", "If you have a child - means you should know it.", "To teenagers about a narcomania", etc.), it is carried out the analysis of activity of pupils of schools and the brochure "the View from outside is let out". The big poster-calendar for 2005 "is developed and made Make a correct choice - choose a life!" And the same pocket calendars for 2005. Listed above action have been developed and spent, as it is independent, and during realization of the won competitions and projects.

Among the most successful and significant projects it is possible to allocate the following: the Project "the Step on an occurring", the project "we are TOGETHER!" Won frameworks of Partner project SCF "ZUBR" and of Ust Kamenogorsk city akim's  apparat, the project "BELIEF In the FUTURE!" Won competition of social projects spent the Department of internal policy EKR, wins tender SI "Department of internal policy of Ust Kamenogorsk." On the organization and carrying out of city actions for antinarcotic propagation, and also a victory in the  Central Asian competition of institutional grants. Participation in actions UN ODC (Management on Narcotics and United Nations Organization Criminality.)

Separate categories on which our activity is referred, the teenagers make, leaving the criminal liability in a colony for minors of a city of Ust Kamenogorsk - Establishments 156/22 and mothers, whose children have appeared narcodependent, including united in Social fund "Hearts of mothers". The centre is one of most activly operating non-governmental organization cities.

Our Center "PANDA" which includes the various organizations and the establishments which are engaged in preventive maintenance and struggle against a narcomania of East region, uniting Pavlodar and East Kazakhstan areas represents the East Kazakhstan area in Partner Antinarcotic Movement.
The president of Public association the Youth Charitable Center against a narcomania "FAITH" ("FAITH"  - BELIEF) Sergey Grigorevich Standur is the councillor on interaction with the non-governmental organizations at Akim of the East Kazakhstan area and Council about interaction with the non-governmental organizations at Akim of a city of Ust Kamenogorsk. Besides it is selected by the speaker from the non-governmental organizations in Youth Parliament of a city of Ust Kamenogorsk.
